ALEXANDRA JADE ADALBERT (SHE/HERS), LPCA
|
Alexandra Jade Adalbert (preferred name Jade) is a Licensed Professional Counselor associate who is passionate about all things mental health and therapy. She attended Johns Hopkins University where she earned her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling before moving to Connecticut. Jade’s therapeutic style aims to help her clients uncover the “why” behind the question “why do I keep doing this!?” by entering into her client’s world and helping them rediscover their values. Jade incorporates experiential techniques with ACT and parts work to create a truly individualized therapeutic experience. Jade has experience working with individuals and families with addiction issues (substances and behaviors), disordered eating, trauma, mental health and personality disorders, as well as a variety of life challenges like “failure to launch” and grief. When Jade is not working with clients, she can be found in wild spaces with her dog Shasta or anywhere where ice cream can be found.
