Elizabeth Keyes Charles is a licensed professional counselor associate with a MA in mental health counseling from Wake Forest University. Elizabeth studied and practiced solution-based counseling as she completed her internship at the Tri-Town Youth Services Bureau in Deep River, CT. Professionally and personally, she is passionate about social justice issues, advocating for the LGBTQIA+ communities, and women’s rights. Elizabeth is also a board-certified music therapist with 15 years of experience as the owner and lead therapist of Keyes Music Therapy, LLC. Elizabeth believes that the path to holistic wellness is a unique experience for each individual and can be explored through multi-modal interventions including talk therapy, music therapy, play therapy, and through other creative expressions. For leisure, Elizabeth enjoys playing volleyball, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
