Located in Durham Connecticut, we provide in-person and telehealth counseling for residents of Connecticut. Our ServicesOur team offers counseling across the lifespan including; Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) informed treatment, HeartMath biofeedback, expressive art therapies, Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Holistic Centered Counseling and group counseling.
