What is it? This group blends meditation and journaling to help you reconnect with yourself from a place of unconditional love.
What you’ll gain:

- Tools for emotional regulation and stress relief
- A deeper connection with your authentic self
Who is it for?
Adults seeking new ways to reduce stress, practice self-kindness, and foster emotional wellness. Journaling or meditation experience not required!
How it works:
- Small group format
- Weekly 60 minute sessions
- Facilitated by a licensed therapist experienced in mindfulness and expressive writing
When is it?
Group will be held on Sundays at 4pm starting October 19th.
